5. Lentil Curry with Homemade Naan Bread
The problem with normal curries is that they take forever and a day to prepare BUT not this one. If you have a pressure cooker you can literally cook this curry under 30 minutes. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, no need to stress, it’ll take a couple more minutes to prepare on the stove.
6. Green Almond Salad
This is the most delicious salad, almonds in any form are heavenly, especially when they are roasted whole! It is so healthy and goes beautifully with any meal.
