Fabulous French Toast



1 Piece of brown/white bread
2 free range eggs
2 pieces streaky bacon
A handful of strawberries and Blueberries
Maple syrup


Soak the bread in the eggs for 3 minutes. Fry the bacon until lovely and crispy.

Place a griddle pan/ nonstick pan on high heat with some olive oil. Place the soaked bread onto the pan and cook each side for around 5 minutes.

Wash the fruit, slice the strawberries, and dish up, squeeze a generous amount of syrup over everything!

This breakfast is a weekend treat! Such an easy recipe with amazing sweet and salty flavours, add mascarpone for a creamier taste.
