Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Mushrooms are the greatest, especially with a ton of garlic! I’m going to give you two different ways to do garlic butter mushrooms! Take your pick. The first one is less labour intensive and uses less ingredients.


INGREDIENTS

6 large black mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, crushed
60 g butter, cubed
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Kosher salt
Black pepper

OR

100g butter, warmed
Fresh sage, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 sprigs Rosemary, chopped
1 brown onion, finely diced
Kosher salt and black pepper


METHOD
Serves 5
Preparation 5 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes


Preheat the oven to 180C.

For the first option:

Lay out the mushrooms on an oven tray, in a bowl mix the butter, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and equally distribute between the mushies.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until soft.

For the second option:

Lay out the mushrooms on an oven tray.

In a food processor mix the butter, sage, rosemary, garlic, chopped onions, salt and pepper. Then equally distribute between them.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until soft.
