As a child I used to get carrots sticks in my lunchbox, every single day, along with dried mango; and peanut butter & honey on toast, not together thank goodness 😉 I used to argue with my mom about eating carrots every day and she would insist that she was benefiting my life! Eating them raw is always better but the next best thing is steaming them. When making stock always add 2 whole extra carrots, trust me the you’ll taste the difference.
