Thursday: Prime Rib Steak with Lemon Couscous

Ooo this recipe is one of my favourites. Prime rib is a great cut of meat, seasoned perfectly it will make your stomach and heart happy.


Friday: Roast Chicken with Lemongrass and Lime 

This is by far the best roast chicken I have ever made, cooking the chicken in a flavour packed broth makes it juicy and delicious. The Asian flavours add the right punch of flavour.
