My dear friend, Tasmirah, makes the most gorgeous homemade ice teas. They are so good I had to share the recipe with you. Be sure to make a lot as it goes down so quickly, especially on a beautiful summers day. This receipe requires no extra sugar, as it gets its sweetness from the delicious passion fruit.

INGREDIENTS

1 peach infused rooibos teabag
300 ml boiling water
150 ml passion fruit juice or powder
2 granadillas

METHOD

Let one peach infused rooibos teabag steep for 5-7 minutes in 300 ml boiling water. Then add 150 ml of passion fruit juice and add the pulp of  the granadillas. Serve with crushed ice and enjoy.
